The focus of the company is excellence in Digital signal processing, Automotive infotainment, RTOS, Real time embedded applications, and support services. We specialize in algorithm development, implementation, customization and onsite support. Our hardware division offers design and prototyping services.


Jasmin provides complete end-to-end signal processing solutions on Digital Signal Processor platforms. Some of the products that Jasmin has worked include DAB, DAB+, DMB, MOST, multimedia support, CD ripping, audio juke box, Home theatre AVRs, Hi-Fi systems, Portable MP3 players, MP3 playback on Audio CD drive, Professional Audio Encoders and Decoders for our customers. Jasmin also provides hardware design and Onsite support services.


We have provided solutions and services to major automotive Tier1s in Germany, and Digital Home customers in Japan, USA, Europe, Malaysia, and India.

Manage recruitment, statutory compliance and PMS

Desired Profile
  • Manage life cycle of recruitment and post recruitment with teams.
  • Driving Welfare initiatives for employees and support to employees.
  • Performance Management system – Ensure goal setting process is done as per timelines, mid year reviews and annual appraisals conducted, completed as per timelines.
  • Statutory compliances for all offices
  • Knowledge on compensation and benefits.
    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
    • Immediate joiners preferred
